A1 or CC4

Hello.
I'm using A1 as preamplifier along CD2-3, T1 and P3 with hidden POWER amplifier Mitsubishi DA-A15DC (very powerful), running Vandersteen 1B speakers.
Would CC4 make any sound improvement over A1 as preamplifier.

Dear Marko,
there should be a difference - but can one hear it?
Most probably the quality of the sound depends on the condition of the pre amp.
A revised A1 will sound better as a CC4 which never has been watched after.

Der Klang ist allemal klarer als mein vorheriger A1 und selbst meine Frau erhörte den Unterschied.

Maybe the best sound quality you would get with a revised A2, which has a very good pre amp stage with a well-balanced acoustic pattern ...

Conclusion:
You will have to try for yourself, sorry to say.
