Hello Bulba,
looks like it is for a slide projektor, not for camera. Braun produced quite a lot of different projectors, you can google for example D40, D46 or the Tandem Projection system.

Hi Bulba

In my opinion this is a M42 lens for a Pentax Asahi 35mm Foto Camera M42 lens adaptor.
May be a "Braun" labeled alternative to their (Asahis) own Auto/Super Takumar lenses.
There are some more Braun labeled lens types available.
Would be interesting to find out how it works on a M42 Pentax and how brilliant the pictures taken are.
See here for reference :

Kind regards

Uwe

And the Camera for the Braun Lens:
http://camera-wiki.org/wiki/Pentax_ES

The offered Braun lens is quite similar to Yashicas Auto Yashikor 135mm 1:2.8 - M42
https://lens-db.com/yashica-auto-yashicor-135mm-f28/
That's interesting because Yashica agreed 1972 into an corporation contract between Yashica, Carl Zeiss optics (Germany) und F.A. Porsche Design (Germany) for the development of cameras named "Contax".
F. A. Porsche Studio Design could be the "missing link" in the story.

I agree with Lötknecht. A quick search on the internet showed that this lens was probably made for an Asahi Pentax camera with a M42 mount. I didn't find anything about the connection to Braun.

Wilhelm

Hello everyone!
Thank you for your interest and Lötknecht for researching.
At the outset, I excluded Nizo and DIA lenses.
It looks like a typical 35mm camera lens from the 70s.
It is always worth asking a question but this is not possible on Ebay. The seller does not ship abroad anyway.
Greetings to everyone with Braun's syndrome
Wojtek

Hi Wojtek
Better not to use vintage optical lenses from the 60th and 70th for some of them contain radioactive thorium oxide in the glas of the lenses just to reduce chromatic abborations. The radioactive dose is normally neglecable but in case of optical lenses the radiation is directly exposed to the eye and could cause eye damages. The fact is widely discussed and you will find more information here:
https://camerapedia.fandom.com/wiki/Radioactive_lenses
Greetings
Uwe
